St Mary's After School Provision Booking Form
Starting: Monday 15th April 2024
Times of after school club: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Times of after school club: 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Your child/ren must be registered on this booking form in order to attend after school provision.
The fees are as follows:
- Monday - Friday = £15 per day
- ADHOC/Emergency bookings = £17 per day
- Siblings = £14.50 per day
Please note: Children must be collected by 6:00pm. Parents will be charged £1 late fee per minute which starts at 6:01pm.
